Call us directly at 870-686-9028. 🎲 POKER ROOM SEATING & WAITLIST POLICY To maintain balanced games and a positive experience for all players, Poker Room Management and Staff control all seating decisions, including table assignments, table changes, and filling open seats. These procedures help ensure fair access, game integrity, and a great poker experience for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. 📋 GENERAL WAITLIST PROCEDURES • Players physically present and checked in at the poker podium receive priority waitlist seating. • In-person waitlist players will be placed ahead of Bravo App or call-in waitlist players that have not physically checked in at the poker podium. • Players may wait in the designated area or opt in for text notifications. o Players must arrive within 5 minutes of a sent text notification, or the seat may be filled. o A player may remain at the top of the list after the first missed call. o After two missed calls, a player will be removed from that game’s list. • Call-in’s on the waitlist not physically checked-in will be removed from the waitlist after 1.5 hours. • Missed calls, early check-ins, or attempts to bypass procedures may result in loss of seating priority. 🕘 ROOM OPENING & CALL-IN WAITLIST To ensure fair play, smooth operations, and the integrity of promotional offers: • Players may add their name to the Bravo Call-in Waitlist list up to 1.5 hours prior to the poker room’s scheduled opening. o Players who add their name to the waitlist earlier than 1.5 hours before opening will be removed from the call-in list. • Physical check-ins will not be accepted until 15 minutes prior to opening for any game with an active promotion. o Physical check-ins are seated/added to list on a first-come, first-served basis immediately after the Bravo App/call-ins who are physically present 15 min prior to schedule game start have been checked in. o Management reserves the right to begin general play on any game prior to scheduled promotion start upon room opening once enough players have checked in. 🚫 SEAT SELECTION & MOVEMENT • No Seat Hopping: Players may not choose or change seats without staff approval. • Forced Moves (“Must-Moves”): Management may require players to move to balance tables or maintain game viability. • New Games: In newly opened games, the first player to arrive generally receives first seat selection. That will include online registration.
